Return Policy

I. Return Period

You have the right to apply for a return within 7 days from the date of signing for the goods. Beyond this period, we will be unable to process your return request unless the product has quality issues.

II. Return Conditions

Products must meet the following conditions to be eligible for return:
  • Product has not been used
  • Original packaging, labels, and accessories remain intact
  • Original purchase voucher is retained
  • Product does not belong to the "non-returnable" and "private customization" categories

III. Return Process

  1. Apply for return: Send a return request via customer service email stating the order number and reason for return. After receiving a reply email from customer service (usually within 1-3 working days), submit the return application through the online form.
  2. Await review: We will review your application within 1-2 working days.
  3. Send back product: After approval, send the product back to the designated address according to the instructions. The return address will be sent to your email address.
  4. Inspection and refund: We will complete inspection and process the refund within 3 working days after receiving the return.

IV. Refund Instructions

  • Refunds will be returned via the original payment method.
  • Refund arrival time varies by payment channel (please refer to the official processing time of your payment method).
  • For returns not due to quality issues, the refund will deduct the initial shipping cost, and transaction fees incurred will be borne by the purchaser.

V. Shipping Responsibility

We recommend using a trackable shipping method; the risk of loss shall be borne by the sender, and relevant import/export tariffs for cross-border returns shall be borne by the sender.

VI. Non-Returnable Products

The following products do not support returns unless there are quality issues:
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Products with original sealed packaging that have been opened
  • Clearance/promotional products (marked as "Final Sale")

VII. Quality Issues

If the product has quality issues, please contact customer service within 10 days of signing for the product and provide photo/video evidence. We will provide solutions such as exchange, repair, re-shipment, or refund.
